LEO Pharma chooses Highp.

Another company chose Highp Messages as a tool for communication with the HCPs.

Client

This time, it is LEO Pharma – founded in 1908, it is an independent, research-based pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures and markets pharmaceutical drugs to dermatologic and thrombotic patients in more than 100 countries globally. LEO Pharma is present in 61 countries and employs around 5,000 employees worldwide. The company is headquartered in Denmark and is wholly owned by the LEO Foundation.

Challenge

Taking into account law regulations and political factors, everyday communication in Persian Gulf countries is quite difficult. Sales Representatives cannot always reach out to HCPs in person,  what makes online audio and video communication the best, most effective and most affordable solution.

Our work

We introduced LEO Pharma to Highp Customer Engagement Platform in order to support their Pharmaceutical Representatives in the Gulf States. The project will also cover an implementation of an opt-in collection tool, Highp Insights, and will be run in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
